I say hi quickly, then about 5 minutes in I start to talk about:
- Going over what happened in your life last/this year, then highs and lows.
- Reflecting on moments from the past year
- Checking in with your life goals, and 5 year goals
- Ultimately setting your 2023 goals and planning for the year, using 4 key questions
